Work Science Labs provides custom digital artifact development including websites, web applications, and mini software products. All work is delivered under a separate project agreement specifying scope, timeline, and compensation.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Work Science Labs retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tooling in future work. Portfolio display rights are retained unless explicitly waived in writing.
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Late payments may result in work suspension.
Work Science Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered artifacts. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant project.
